Arbed 2 ERDF with Wilmot Dixon.
SPMS Wales recently undertook a project for Willmott Dixon under the Arbed scheme, financed by the Welsh Government. The initial phase included external rendering for 108 properties using the Solix HD weather system. All reveals were insulated and there was particular emphasis on correct detailing to the plinths to ensure no cold bridging and maximum efficiency to all properties.
